Our Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette combines white balsamic and apple cider vinegars with our Chardonnay Maple Mustard. We use this vinaigrette at the Harwood Gold Cafe on several salads and wraps. This tangy, mildly sweet vinaigrette can be used as a marinade for chicken, fish, tofu, or veggies. It will liven up any salad or sandwich wrap.
